Field Trips
A field trip is a learning experience and should be handled as such. Students will be given a parental/guardian consent form, which must be returned prior to the trip. No student will be allowed to attend the field trip without this particular written permission slip. Phone calls, facsimiles or E-mail permissions are not acceptable. While on the trip, the students are representing the Academy and should behave in an appropriate manner. All school rules apply, even on an overnight trip.
PMA Music Department
There are several performing groups at PMA. The BAND consists of 55 members of all levels and experience. The JAZZ BAND / WIND ENSEMBLE is a more advanced group for those musicians who want a challenge. Vocally, we have a CHORUS of about 70 students and a smaller SELECT CHORUS.
